Klippyo Review by Tim Ehrenkaufer for Dummies

Have you have never, you just watched thecaptions and things like this? I really do. I catch myself. I'm like, why didn't it flip ? But it's so much better with salad. Right. But it's like individuals consume at various times. Um, but what I found is if you can hook themif you are able to find that hook, while it's on Facebook, on Youtube, on Instagram, you literally need them for 20 minutes and then that 20 seconds should be your gold. It's like you have to fortify that hook or you need to reinforce what your value proposition is to get them in, whether it is a title or a thumbnail or however you are pulling them in to that movie. Um, you need to reinforce that since if you don't, you're going to get the hockey stick on effect. That means you understand, and you not going to get anyone watching it.
Or perhaps linkedin. Yeah. And so that is part of this prep preparatory stage? And what we're trying to do is figure out, okay, here's what will work on Instagram. Now there's something or a hook that's a little bit better on Facebook and here is something different on youtube. That means that you can really have the meat of this content be the same. But you are really shooting on the movie it's actually delivered is a tiny bit different. And where you're actually planning, that's, uh, you know, the ways to connect on platform. It's like you've got articles and it can be shared by you but it has to be altered. Yeah. Because how you view on Instagram differs. The best way to view Facebook and the way you view on Youtube, how different, the way you view onLinkedin or Twitter. And in the end of the day, what we need to do would be to understand how people consume content on this , that platform and earn content that would actually operate. Uh, and that's, that is the difference. You can go through the manufacturing and say, fine, I can take some of this. It is like you might have a 10 minute video on youtube, but you are likely to just slice out possibly two minutes or three minutes , on Facebook since it is going to perform a whole lot better that way.
When you truly have those bullet points of things which would really get there, get there, get them excited or something which's going on, I then attempt to think of what value can you actually bring that person. So there is like three ways you may actually bring value. Uh, with video content you can expect, you can instruct or instruct, entertain, and occasionally when you are really good you can do all three in precisely the exact same time or you'll be able to get two of these. That is when you are really, really good once you're actually giving it a lot of thought in it. Now that being said, once you do so, I try to determine what value you're going to attract to your planned audience. Yeah. And in that video, I try to bring those bullet points bring some type of value. So whether it's like creating loyalty to his staff or talking how bad the other team is, that's some value he'll really find.
Yeah, like, like the movie portion of the video editing is so crucial. It may make or break a movie. Um, it doesn't matter how amazing your script is. It doesn't matter your production as well as your camera is. The editing is really where it the rubber meets the road to find out whether it's going to work or not. And for mepersonally, as soon as you're in a position to take action, it is worth the resources worth the time. And when you put it together, it is going to convert a great deal higher. That in the conclusion of the day, that is by far apart from homework, uh, you know, the preparation stage, and um and it's similar to the implementation stage to the editing is the most critical.
So Darryl, at the very first video we talked briefly on the type of video content that you should be generating, what favor for anyone that didn't see that or just to refresh some memories, which sort of video? If there's 1 movie you should create um, as a business, which sort of video is that? Yeah, for me personally it is a social video and two to kind of take a little farther then, um, and kind of briefly remind everybody what sort of video that's. Can you describe what a video that is social is, but that type of video is so important?
So is that for production? You know, like a great deal of people put a great deal of consideration in how things come together and just like what type of camera to use and so forth etc. But I think for me it is like be elastic. Once you're actually doing the movie, you'll probably have a script and have like this you're likely to get things come to you Although that we ready. They're like, oh, this could be a great deal better if we did so and you know, take various variants. Like you've got time, simply shoot some different variations. Hey, maybe this will work better than this. And you know, that will help you with the, the post production stage.
The post production is probably the most important aspect of having a great slice of video on the market. And the reason is because you put a great deal of work in planning, you spend a lot of time doing production, but really where the magic is is actually getting the elements that will really engage. And then also the edit um, is pacing will keep people's attention the entire time and you are able to create pacing. Uh, one thing that I look at is like we're, we are trying to figure out how we're going to distribute it. We would do it differently compared to Facebook. For example. Because that's the way that it is on youtube, we'd be at a 16. Right? And, and then to, uh, we would burn off in our captions. We would actually just upload caption files directly to youtube itself.
Alright. Prepared created the movie, edited the video. So we don't load it now. Yep. That you'd say the Majority of the people and say, okay that's just distribution
In relation to create one of these? Yeah. Rather than preparing and it is really interesting because a lot of people, they're more about doing. And I discovered that if you wish to succeed, it's about the preparation of knowing precisely what you're going to do, the way you are going to do it. So I like to really start to figure out why I'm making the video. It ought to have a function. Um, I believe it'd be really relevant to have you go through this process. What does that sound good? Okay. Let's just say that you're attempting to sell some merge. Okay. And you are trying to sell it. You have whatever or some item. Okay. Tell me someone that you know well. Um, besides Joey and David, my brother. Okay. So yourbrother David. Okay. Chris. Brother Chris.
But on Facebook we would like to burn it because some people do not have that option on and you ought to make sure when they're scrolling through it, you are grabbing that attention. And so he is like, really? Exactly. And it's similar to the ratio to like on Facebook, we want to be a one by one ratio of ratio. Right? So what other components that we can really add to that video file? Can it be like to make it more of a meme that is movie where we're placing texts the beginning of the ending, um, you know, is it really engaging with different, several kinds of elements? That is the things you've got to consider when you are doing the edit. Now, the thing I love is we have choices like cause we need to we did four or five distinct versions and when we did the production right.
Well let us just target everybody that enjoys Liverpool, right? And let us target everyone that doesn't like Liverpool. And let's see if we could find some, a few things happening here. And I believe that you can do this but should you infuse a little bit of money, it'll be interesting. The results. It's possible to get your silently. Definitely. So I believe anyone watching this movie now features a blueprint to make not a video publication in, knowing what to make and the way to push out there correctly or an overview and, and those insights, uh amazing. And for anybody watching this right now, we put together a guide which goes into what Daryl talked about there. Um that whole blueprint, um, a couple of distinct things as well we did not fit into this video, um, that you can actually grab beneath this video.
Right, right. And something which I discovered is even once you've got a video that's performing quite well, you know, um, the way in which the algorithm works on Facebook and other things, it is like maybe in six weeks or seven weeks you do another cut and upload it, learn from what you already have, all the data that's there and say, fine, what should we edited this down since we had a sort of a drop off here. We add, you know, something to pull on them in visually here. You can do that. And, and where you are in a position to perform it you are in a position to be successful because people will be inclined to forget what they saw, you know, from six weeks ago.
We are talking about shooting articles, we are discussing adding texts, adding images, animations, and we're talking about adding captions, Emojis, all of that things can be built and edited it directly inside of [inaudible]. Now, the main reason we built clip Ian was so that it's accessible to absolutely everybody and we're talking even in the event that you've never produced a video earlier, you would like to get into movie production for your company or you're an expert, it is possible to create what you may create anywhere else directly inside of Klipfolio and what's more, even in the event that you don't wish to shoot your own content clippy or provides you access to a comprehensive library of video clips, images and sound, she can pull all this stuff together to build videos. We will even throw in templates. So in the event that you fill in a little bit uninspired, by way of example, you can catch one of our pre done video templates, alter the colors along with the text, upload your branding and your doing clip. Eao is the video creator and it is going to change the way both novices and professionals produce video moving forward. We can't wait to show you it, so make certain that you put in your email below. Within the video, we're likely to pull back the curtain on Filipeo and show you the way this platform functions and how it's going to change the way. We'll see you at the video.
Absolutely.
You know, before we do that, there's a lot of people that just pick up a camera and start recording which may be among the things that you could ever do. And there are phases, like you mentioned, there is a stage of preparation, there's a point of production, there is a point of post production, and then there's a point for distribution. And every one of those phases are critical, uh, and they function in harmony together to get your video.
So that you've mentioned many stages to creating one of these kinds of videos. So I guess we start at the beginning, you mentioned prep. Can you take us through that which means
Hey that Jamie here and on behalf of the Click [inaudible] team, welcome back into our video show where we are discussing video, but specifically the types of video you ought to be generating to drive more profit and more cliquey worthy video opinions into your small business. In the last movie we discussed the state of this marketing market. When producing content what's working by now. In this video we're likely to go over the video content in a bit more detail and talk about ways to make the 1 video you ought to be creating right now to drive more clicks, more visitors, and much more sales on any product or service which you are offering.
Alright. So Chris, he probably loves soccer? Can he have a team? Liverpool. Liverpool. Okay. And is there a, uh, an opposing team that it is only a rivalry? There's a Coupole probably the greatest ones. Manchester United, that everybody understands. Okay. So Liverpool, Manchester United. Okay. So there's like some natural friction, competition that is heavy. Okay. So if we are going to create a video, we have to have a purpose of that movie. The number two is that we will need to identify our audience. Who Would we need watching this video? So I'd say it would be people that are Liverpool buffs like your brother, like hardcore Liverpool. Okay. And we need to start breaking down of a few of the things which they, they sort of rally round that would get them excited. And what could be one of those things which you'd think, well, beating Manchester United scoring goals.
And what is the first thing which you believe he's going to perform? After he fills that connection with the movie share the video. He is going to share it with not just 1 person, but he's gonna discuss with everyone that really enjoys what is going on, you know? And that right there is absolutely critical. Then the next issue is, uh, really trying to describe what would be a great hook trigger just like you literally only have a couple few seconds to catch his attention. And I think, okay, what do we do to grab his attention? You know? And, and maybe it is a caption you know, Liverpool's sucks. Yeah. I think, I believe he would watch this movie. You understand what I'm saying? And I think that he'd need to be sucked in as he tried to figure out what's happening in that video.
How you'd then approach that. Yeah. Now we did lots of research beforehand. We were doing a great deal of preparation. We want to begin executing on these things. Uh, and there's a formula for every video and this formulation is what creators need to make for themselves. And there's a few components to this formulation it, that it is universal for everyone. The first one is, which we already prepared for is a hook. We need to grab their attention. Now that hook differs on youtube versus Facebook. Allow me to give an illustration of that to you. Like on youtube the hook will be just like five seconds. And on Facebook it is gonna be entirely different since you're, you may have sound on or not. As you're kind of flipping through their feed and you only have a , a, maybe a second.
So with that, simply to kind of move further into that, and do you load the video at first to your page then contact all these are the webpage to let them know it is never, or do you take another approach? Yeah I really do this in the stage. I know I, the videos come in so I reached out because it might require a couple of weeks to get ahold of everyone or whatever. Should you share mine type item uh, and who knows, perhaps you're like, Hey, I will discuss your video. That's not a bad thing if you're doing PR crossposting right. Uh, simply to share a video isn't where the weight is. It and you need to give permission to cross post your articles to them like you have to cross . And the same for, you know, you're posting their articles, but that is kind of the key on Facebook.
Obviously. Yeah, that makes sense. Okay. So speaking about video editing from type of my experience and I am not a professional movie editor and I know just how much work goes into doing a lot of these things you state, you know, the, the captions Mimi discovering, actually just putting titles in the top and bottom of your movie can take hours to get some people and some people watching this might have no clue how to do that. So I suppose in that respect, is it worth the opportunity to do this? Is it worth the time to sit down, maybe put with someone to sort of,
So we have discussed the initial phase of getting ready for a movie preparation of movie. Then we proceeded to clearly manufacturing and making the video. Can speak a bit about
So when we speak about moving onto every stage, I think that is, this is quite significant as well. There are well I think there are just two elements you might tell me otherwise. Of is the ratio of the movie. So in the event that you create in one video, you've got to think about each of the other ones are transcribed into by that. But is there other, anything else you'd kind of want to be aware of if you are going to be creating content for state, Instagram or Facebook
Now presumably you would take the content you simply shot with Reese in your telephone or whatever into an editing package or to some post production. I suppose. Do you want to talk about everything you do at that stage yet? Prepared to disperse
You might have two or three different versions of a movie and you may test it to enjoy, such as seriously what we do is we'll just throw a couple bucks behind it and also see how it converts. If it Works really nicely, you don't need to devote that much money to work out if people really click on it, engage with it, how much they saw the movie to see if it really works. And spending the time in place to making your video engage with all the audience and actually connect with them on an emotional level, it gives you a higher probability for them to actually share.
However, the algorithm on youtube otherwise, you know, you would do it otherwise onInstagram and different on Twitter. But Facebook, I feel a great deal of people that are seeing this video want to capitalize on this and that is a simple way to sayhello look, if you could get this page which has a reach of let's say you know, 10,000 likes that they actually posted it, who knows how a lot of you is they are likely to get. Um, also, and you reaches out to all these different pages posting and each of the analytics gets at which it moves straight back to your movie. Yeah, it is really cool. No, that's cool. Now with approach that is blended, like for me personally, I like organic, but you have infused it with. Ads undoubtedly is the most effective method to get into in the front of the right people at the right moment. And if you understand what you are doing, it could be very, very effective. If you do not know what you are doing, it's still be effective as whenever you say, fine, we are doing a movie around Liverpool?
It can kind of look like it's theirs. And that is a matter that is really, really important. So return to your case that we said, hey, if we're going to really make a movie about your brother and his soccer team about Liverpool, whether it's bad or good or whatever, I'd like make a list of every, uh, page on Facebook on Instagram that would be pro or con. You know that's who we would like to contact. And believe it or not, you know, becoming, uh, these personal connections with these individuals is a way to have growth. And I found that if you can get like six or five or 10 channels or pages which are similar to yours who are willing to talk about your content, I mean that hastens your, your growth, that hastens your, your reach and you are going to get the perspectives that come with it if you truly have done a great job with your video.
Or when we think of players, maybe Mohamed Sala, he's, that Liverpool is greatest player may be hitting on scoring against United, I don't know. Yeah, yeah, you can do different clips like this. But talking about just the reason why they adore, you understand, Liverpool. And, and the behind it. Um, so I love to attempt and recognize a couple things. These are bullet points of what would that individual that when he watches with video with. And two, I do research. Just like I wish to go out there and also understand how well I know someone, I'm like, what else is happening out there? I do some research online seeking to see whether there. Uh, particularly when it's handling the issue at hand. So like for Liverpool, is there anything that is going on that would be in the news that would be relevant to, to the movie today?
And thus you have to reinforce it. And, also that point when we were speaking about your brother, it is like in the event that you add one of those other components that resembles, yeah, yeah, I enjoy this movie. You know, you are like go from that point. That's where he'll stay on a bit longer. And if you get 20 seconds, if he will get to that point and actually feel some kind of link to the video, they will watch another moment, does not subsequently result in more engagement on the movies as well. So then they would be more prone. And 12 comments are seen by us. It is like as you are connecting with them and you are talking their language or however you are going into it, you are connecting with them on a psychological level and that they feel part of something and they feel just like obligated. It is like some thing that humanity feels obligated to do.
Yeah, that is logical. And once you've been through these phases a few times I guess from looking at these three stages, and you do different edits which can be important as you state. And most people might, you know, she video, I have been guilty of this in the past and we'll throw it up believing it's prepared without stuff that is edited. However, now I can see how important it's to perform variations because when you discover you can continue following that blueprint over and over and over again. We're going to talk about the one type of movie so as to blow up your business you need, but not about what that video is. We're going to talk about create and how to structure that movie also. Let's go.
All you have to do is select in, pop up your email in there, we'll send you that guide. So during this movie along with the first video, we've talked a great deal about producing the perfect video which includes everything from of course prep, right how to shooting the movie and then obviously the article of where you have got to edit the movie up in the right way and to receive the best distribution. Now all that is very hard. The majority of individuals don't have access to camera equipment that is expensive to shoot film content. As an example. The majority of people don't have the skills to utilize complex editing applications and that is why we construct Klipfolio. Klipfolio is a web based founder that permits you to create amazing looking videos. Just in the two videos we've discussed like the videos in the palm of the hand.
And even on Instagram, it is going to differ. And so looking at that, it's like that hook is like the part that is most essential. And I'd actually place a lot of work and energy to attempt and work out how you are going to captivate people's attention and the way you suck them into the content. after that, after the hook, then you can actually reinforce your brand. Therefore, in case you have a brand, you might have a branding element. This can be an optional item. Uh, it really depends on what kind of video content you are creating, you know, and, then two, you're moving to the meat of the content. Here's something which I discovered over, you understand, 40 some odd billion movie views. It's like folks have a tolerance. And I really don't know if you've fallen in click here this class, but I, I've been around Facebook and I've never turned on the sound.
Which is logical. Makes Sense. Okay. So that makes total sense. Um, but one thing I wish to circle back really fast is that you mentioned if you're creating video and one of those ideas everyone has, I mean, I've had this before when I've created videos, I will only share the same video anyplace. Would you kind of elaborate on why this is a bad idea? And that's a type of a thought process that is bad.
So it's like getting these pins. And then two, there's those natural hooks within the video. Like that he got himyou have to fortify whatever that title is. And I give that some thought. Um, and that the stage before you really go onto the next step. But there is one other thing I really consider is that which, what source of moderate are we likely to use? Is it likely to be a Instagram one afterward than Facebook? Is it going to be better on Twitter or on youtube? You know, just like you have to look at the platform of who you are trying to achieve and what is going to be the best way. Now, one of the biggest errors, it is like, well I will just distribute it anywhere, you know, and you're creating a video trying to go on every stage and that is a massive mistake. Yeah. You're good. Uh, frankly, in the event that you want your movie you need to have a preparation stage of how you're going to distribute it. So back you are like, okay, who is going to really discuss this movie? Are you going to engage with them? You know, is it going to be achieved through advertisements organic or is it going to become a strategy where organic being done by you and adds? Uh, for me personally, I only love other stations out there. I love other webpages on Facebook cause they need to feed the algorithm. They need to get their posts outreach increased. And a great deal of people are willing to talk about your video. Uh, but furthermore, they're, they're in a position to cross post your own video. And so it's like coming from their page and it is like an content, even it's not theirs.
It is like once you find something cool and you're like, hey, you have ta check this out. You know, we must do that. We have to that word of mouth. And that is that is exactly what the social videos do and where it's so powerful. And after the center, basically of the content, you have to have a call to action. Um, also, and you may not think, well, though it's a societal movie, I'm not really doing it for, you know, it is just more of an inspiration or it's merely a [inaudible] or anything. That call to action is still still crucial because are? Like remember when we talked about what's the video's purpose? Or when it is to sell goods, we need to, you know, hit on the purchase button right or to push them. Uh, or whether it's for inspirational it's like something or a Hashtag to unite a cause, you know, I mean the list goes on.
